Wij voeren deze taken uit voor alle gemeenten in de regio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat doen we door middel van:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>complaint handling;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information and advice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conducting research;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prevention and education.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ons team neemt klachten in behandeling en registreert deze op de gronden en terreinen die vallen onder de gelijkebehandelingswetgeving. Discriminatie.nl Regio Amsterdam ontvangt jaarlijks subsidie voor de uitoefening van haar taken van de regiogemeenten: Amsterdam, Aalsmeer, Amstelveen, Diemen, Ouder-Amstel, Uithoorn en Stadsgebied Driemond-Weesp. Wij onderhouden contacten met de regiogemeenten en met lokale en landelijke organisaties die zich inzetten voor gelijke behandeling en discriminatiebestrijding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Functieomschrijving<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ons kantoor in Amsterdam bestaat uit een compact team van zeven consulenten discriminatiezaken, een co\u00f6rdinator discriminatiezaken, beleidsmedewerker, project co\u00f6rdinator en office manager die onder leiding staan van de directeur Jerrol Marten onder toezicht van het bestuur. Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega voor de functie van:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consulent Discriminatiezaken<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De functie bestaat uit verschillende taken, waaronder het registreren en behandelen van klachten, het informeren en adviseren van cli\u00ebnten en het ingaan op informatieverzoeken. Wekelijks bespreken we de voortgang van de klachtbehandeling. Het klachtenprotocol is leidend. Het voeren van intakegesprekken, juridisch beoordelen van de klachten, bemiddelen en het maken van een plan van aanpak horen bij de klachtbehandeling. De consulenten onderhouden contacten in het veld en geven voorlichting. Binnen het team kunnen er accentverschillen zijn binnen de functie-invulling op basis van affiniteit, kennis en ervaring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aanstellingsomvang&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; :&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 24\/32 uur, verdeling in overleg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start van aanstelling&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; :&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; zo snel als mogelijk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duur van de aanstelling&nbsp; :&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; halfjaarcontract met mogelijkheid tot verlenging<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CAO Sociaal Werk&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; :&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; schaal 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We willen een diverse en inclusieve organisatie zijn.
