Haar leidinggevende wil dat zij zich omkleedt in de kleedkamer voor mensen met een beperking. Cli\u00ebnte voelt zich hier niet prettig bij aangezien zij geen beperking heeft. Vrouwelijke collega\u2019s zouden zich niet prettig voelen met haar in de vrouwenkleedkamer. Ook worden er vervelende opmerkingen gemaakt en roept een collega: \u201cWhy don\u2019t you work at the redlight district?\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Intake, bemiddeling en nazorg&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Onderscheid op grond van transseksualiteit wordt beschouwd als onderscheid naar geslacht. In het kader van hoor- en wederhoor spreken wij met cli\u00ebnte af een klachtbrief te sturen aan haar werkgever. Ook initieert het Meldpunt Discriminatie Regio Amsterdam een bemiddelingsgesprek om gezamenlijk tot een oplossing te komen. Hierin worden de incidenten op de werkvloer besproken. Een van de afspraken is nu dat cli\u00ebnte voortaan gebruik kan maken van de vrouwenkleedkamer. In het kader van nazorg heeft het Meldpunt Discriminatie contact gehouden met cli\u00ebnte over de gemaakte afspraken. Cli\u00ebnte heeft bevestigd dat zij nu gebruik maakt van de vrouwenkleedkamer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recente ontwikkeling&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In maart 2019 heeft het parlement een wet aangenomen ter verduidelijking dat onder onderscheid op grond van geslacht mede wordt verstaan onderscheid op grond van geslachtskenmerken, genderidentiteit en genderexpressie.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La clienta es transexual y trabaja en un aeropuerto.
