Als hij dit aankaart, neemt zijn leidinggevende zijn klacht niet serieus. De werknemer meldt het voorval bij het Meldpunt Discriminatie Regio Amsterdam en vraagt om advies. Zijn leidinggevende dreigt vervolgens met overplaatsing, als hij zijn klacht bij het Meldpunt Discriminatie niet intrekt. De werknemer doet dit niet en wordt daarom per direct overgeplaatst naar een andere afdeling.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intake &amp; bemiddeling: be\u00efnvloeding intern beleid&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als onderdeel van de klachtbehandeling is met cli\u00ebnt afgesproken om een klachtbrief te versturen naar de directie van het bedrijf. Voor de juiste adressering neemt het Meldpunt Discriminatie Regio Amsterdam contact op met de directiesecretaresse van het bedrijf. Een dag later, nog voor de klachtbrief is verstuurd, neemt het hoofd van de HR-afdeling contact op met het Meldpunt Discriminatie. De directiesecretaresse had haar ge\u00efnformeerd over het voorval. Het hoofd van HR-afdeling maakt haar excuses voor de gang van zaken. Ze belooft bovendien dit intern aan te kaarten in de eerstvolgende directievergadering, omdat discriminatie en ongewenst gedrag veelvoorkomende problemen blijken op de afdeling van cli\u00ebnt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oplossing: excuses van collega en leidinggevende&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op voorspraak van het Meldpunt Discriminatie Regio Amsterdam regelt de HR-manager een bemiddelingsgesprek tussen werknemer, zijn collega en zijn leidinggevende. Werknemer krijgt van beiden excuses. Ook keert hij terug op zijn oude afdeling waar hij een signalerende rol gaat vervullen met betrekking tot discriminatie en ongewenst gedrag op de werkvloer.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Een zwarte werknemer is diverse malen door zijn collega uitgescholden voor \u2018apenkop\u2019.
